RIASSUNTO
L’ipotesi avanzata nella presentazione del caso clinico esposto sommariamente, è che il corpo dell’adolescente e quello dello psicoanalista siano stati il veicolo comunicativo di angosce organiche primarie, non altrimenti esprimibili. Come se l’incontro emozionale iniziale avesse provocato un «ingorgo narcisistico» in entrambi i protagonisti. Tale angoscia risulterebbe relativa alla speranza inconscia del giovane di riprendere un processo di soggettualizzazione-soggettivazione del corpo genitale maschile e la sua integrazione nell’immagine differenziata di sé. Cioè a dire speranza di bonificare con un lavoro creativo intersoggettuale, a due, l’ingesso traumatico nella pubertà precedentemente sofferto, nell’ambito della differenziazione di genere e la stentata costruzione adolescenziale del sé corporeo, liberandolo così da una eccessiva costrizione fallica infantile. Il lavoro analitico di anni sembra aver favorito una evoluzione soddisfacente dell’integrazione genitale, fino al raggiungimento di una identità di genere maschile del giovane, sufficientemente stabile.

SUMMARY
Transiction from late adolescence to young adulthood. The hyphothesis proposed by the author over the presentation of this sketchily explained clinical case is that the body of the adolescent and the one of his psychoanalyst have been the communicative medium of primary organic anguishes not expressible otherwise. As if the initial emotional encounter had caused a «narcissistic congestion» in both the protagonists.
It turns out that this anguish should be concerning the unconscious hope of the young patient to resume a process of subjectualisation-subjectivation of the male genital body and its integration with a differential image of the self. It means a hope to clear off with a creative work involving two subjects the traumatic access into puberty formerly suffered as part of the gender differentiation and of the faltering adolescent construction of the body-self by getting rid this way of an excessive phallic child constraint.
The analytic work over a number of years seems to have promoted a satisfying evolution of the genital integration until the accomplishment of a male gender identity of the young patient adequately stable.
