IN CARROZZA! L’ALLEANZA NEI PRIMI INCONTRI

In questo lavoro l’Autrice si interroga su come favorire l’avvio del «viaggio» analitico dell’adolescente e in che modo accompagnarlo nella avventura della soggettivazione senza essere una figura ingombrante. L’Autrice, attraverso l’esposizione di alcuni casi clinici, riflette sulla costruzione dell’alleanza terapeutica soffermandosi, in maniera particolare, sui temi dell’astinenza e della neutralità.

SUMMARY

All aboard forming an alliance through the first encounters. In this work the Author speculates as to how an adolescent’s setting off on the analytic «journey» may be promoted and how the therapist can accompany him/her through the subjectivation adventure without becoming intrusive. The Author grounds her reflection on the construction of therapeutic alliance on clinical evidence. In particular, she lingers over the themes of abstinence and neutrality.
