In questi casi è come se, per prima cosa, il padre edipico debba essere tenuto in vita e valorizzato per svolgere a sufficienza la sua funzione. In effetti, solo a queste condizioni la fantasia parricida potrà essere pienamente riconosciuta, il suo valore simbolico elaborato appieno e il padre edipico tramontare.
