PSICOANALISI DELL’ADOLESCENZA E GIUSTIZIA RIPARATIVA

RIASSUNTO

Dopo aver realizzato una disamina dal punto di vista storico della relazione fra psicoanalisi dell’adolescenza e giustizia minorile italiana, l’Autore propone un approfondimento sul contributo che la moderna psicoanalisi dell’adolescenza sta dando nel campo della giustizia riparativa utilizzando i concetti di branco-gruppo e adolescenza al limite. L’Autore sostiene l’ipotesi che l’intervento psicoanalitico con gli adolescenti violenti può promuovere il processo di soggettivazione gruppale del
branco, inteso come processo di responsabilizzazione sul proprio destino e su quello dei correi, sulle fantasie connesse e sulla sofferenza evolutiva sottesa. Il percorso della giustizia riparativa viene proposto come una modalità per attivare nell’adolescente violento un’azione riparativa sia nei confronti dei legami sociali sia nei confronti dei propri legami interni nonché delle parti fragili del proprio Sé evacuate nella vittima. Non si tratta esclusivamente di riuscire a far sentire all’aggressore nei confronti della vittima il senso di colpa (che da solo rende il soggetto impotente e angosciato), ma più profondamente di prendersi la responsabilità delle proprie azioni che comporta la necessità di riparare il danno provocato e di elaborare la propria distruttività.

SUMMARY

Adolescent Psychoanalysis and Reparative Justice. In this paper the Author, at first, makes an historical overview of the relationship between adolescent psychoanalysis and the Italian criminal justice system. After, the contribution that the modern adolescent psychoanalysis is making to reparative justice is discussed, by exploring the impact of concepts such as «group-gang» and «adolescence on the edge». The Author supports the hypothesis that psychoanalytic psychotherapy interventions with violent adolescents may promote the process of subjectification, meant as the process of making oneself taking responsibility for his/her own destiny, phantasies and developmental pain. Reparative justice is seen as an opportunity to promote, in violent youths, a reparative process of social bonds and to help them taking care of their own fragile parts that are often projected into their victims. The intervention is not limited to the promotion of sense of guilt (that in itself would simply make the subject feel anxious and impotent), but rather aims to help adolescents take responsibility and became able to repair to their actions in order to work through their destructiveness.
