RIASSUNTO
L’Autore sviluppa alcuni elementi di psicopatologia psicoanalitica seguendo quattro assi: il debordamento, in riferimento a un’angoscia traumatica; la scissione; l’esame di realtà e il pensiero; l’equilibrio tra investimento narcisistico e investimenti oggettuali, in riferimento al negativo.
Il difetto nella capacità di «contenere» fa della vita psichica di questi pazienti una sorta di incubo in corsa. La scissione dell’Io rappresenta l’asse diagnostico centrale; spiega la messa fuori gioco periodica dell’esame di realtà e il pensiero paradossale. Infine l’attrazione per l’oggetto è vissuta come un canto delle sirene che farebbe sprofondare un narcisismo già fallimentare, cosa che lascia spesso quale unica via d’uscita la negatività e la distruttività.

SUMMARY
Observations on borderline disorder and on the others personality
disorders in adolescence. The Author develops afew points of psychoanalytical psychopathology along four axes: overflow, with reference to traumatic anxiety; splitting; reality testing and thought; the balance between narcissistic cathexis and object cathexis, with reference to the concept of the negative.
The lack of capacity far «containment» turns the psychical life of these patients into a sort of ongoing nightmare. Ego splitting represents the central diagnostic axis; it explains the periods suspension of reality testing and presence of paradoxical thinking. Lastly, the attraction to the object is experienced as a siren song that causes the collapse of an already deficient narcissism; often this leaves no way out other than negativity and
destructiveness.
