FREUD E IL SUO COMPAGNO SEGRETO

RIASSUNTO  

Il lavoro esamina il rapporto d’amicizia che legò Freud per ben diciassette anni, dal 1887 al 1904, al medico berlinese Fliess. Ripercorrendo alcuni passaggi del loro famoso epistolario, l’Autrice presenta le principali interpretazioni che gli autori hanno proposto di questo rapporto ed evidenzia il ruolo di doppio che Fliess ha assunto per Freud, sostenendolo nel processo creativo che l’ha condotto all’elaborazione della psicoanalisi.

SUMMARY

Freud and his secret companion. The paper explores the long lasting relationship between Freud and Fliess; a friendship endured seventeen years, between 1887 and 1904. Revisiting some of their epistolary exchanges, the Author presents the main interpretations of their relationship according to psychoanalytic literature, highlighting the role of double Flies played for Freud, by supporting him in his creative process which lead to theestablishment of psychoanalysis.
