LA PERVERSIONE DEL FUNZIONAMENTO GRUPPALE PRIMITIVO DI BRANCO

RIASSUNTO

L’Autore propone una riflessione teorico clinica inerente il rapporto fra la perversione e il funzionamento primitivo della mente adolescenziale, da lui definito branco. Egli rileva che sia nella perversione che nel branco ci sia un’incapacità strutturale di differire l’impulso e di trattarlo dentro di sé. La fantasia inconscia che guida gli adolescenti aggregati in branco, collegata al possesso di parti del corpo della madre, viene illustrata attraverso la presentazione di un caso di stupro di gruppo. L’incapacità di pensare e di sublimare degli adolescenti perversi e di quelli aggregati in branco è collegata all’esperienza del vuoto: assenza dell’oggetto terzo, il padre, e presenza ingombrante e totalizzante di una madre prima idoleggiante e poi deprivante e disconfermante. Il funzionamento del branco è caratterizzato anche dal forte desiderio di vendetta contro l’oggetto. Al di là degli evidenti punti di convergenza fra il funzionamento di tipo perverso e il funzionamento primitivo tipo branco, resta aperta, secondo l’Autore, la questione se tali due funzionamenti psichici siano sovrapponibili o meno.

SUMMARY

Perversion in primitive herd-like group functioning. The Author offers a theoretical-clinical reflection concerning the relationship between perversion and primitive functioning of the adolescent mind, which he calls herd-like functioning. He observes that both with perversion and the herd a structural inability to delay the impulse, dealing with it internally, is manifest. The unconscious fantasy which guides the adolescents’ herd, related to the possession of parts of the mother’s body, is shown through the presentation of a gang rape case. The inability to think and sublimate for perverse adolescents and those grouped into the herd, is related to the experience of emptiness, consisting in the absence of the third object, the father, and the bulky, totalizing presence of a once idolizing mother, eventually turned depriving and disconfirming. The herdlike functioning is also characterized by a strong thirst for vengeance against the object. Beyond the evident convergence points of perverse functioning and primitive herd-like functioning, the Author states that the question whether these two modes of psychic functioning are superimposable is still open.
